PekTeknep Overseas Ltda. is an independent, private, owner-managed partnership established in 2003 and with offices in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

PekTeknep is a division of P&K Ltda. (P&K) a company that provides engineering and consultancy services to a wide range of industries in Brazil and abroad since 1992.

PekTeknep is dedicated to develop projects aiming application of low-carbon technologies and to promote these projects to the carbon credits market. This is a concrete business risk and opportunity for some industries, and an emerging issue for others. 

PekTeknep advices on project conception, project development, structuring and assessment on trading carbon credits acting as liaison between the Client or project owner, the financial part and the carbon credit buyers. 

The core business of PekTeknep is to create carbon credits from projects than reduce emissions of green house gases (GHGs), structuring and guiding these ventures through the Kyoto Protocol and converting the existing or potential assets into valuable credits through a sound technical, economical and financial assessment.
